First 2 Meditation sessions for FREE .

Do you want to chill out, relax, gain a bit of control over your mind or be surrounded by people who want to make some changes in their lives? Then starting this Sunday (6pm-7.15pm) and this Monday (10.15 am -11.30 am) it is exactly what is going to happen. I am offering the first 2 Meditation sessions for free..... 2 sessions will give you just enough time to appreciate the positive influence this gentle discipline can have on your thoughts and so on your behaviour…..then after that if, or, when you decide to come back it will be 3/session. I am Nathalie and have been practising Meditation for years. I use Feng Shui, C.B.T and N.L.P techniques. This is a small friendly group (7 members maximum) and the sessions are lead in a pleasant, warm, comfortable, friendly ambiance.
